LUICELENA PEREZ

Luice Perez is Head of Competition at Altitude – Miami. She started playing tennis at 8yrs old. From the age of 15 she was #1 in her home country of Venezuela and earned a full sponsorship by Babolat. She represented herself at ITF junior competitions from grade J5 all the way to J1, took part in the Billie Jean King Cup – Venezuelan team 3 times. Luice was awarded a full scholarship to play for the D1 Women’s Tennis Team at The University of Alabama.. She was also awarded a full scholarship to play for Nova University and graduated with an M.B.A. in Sports Revenue Generation.During her time at NSU Luice was presented with the Sportsmanship Award, MVP Ultimate Shark Award and the SSC Player of the Year award.

Luice started coaching in the NIke Camps and took it very seriously and decided to obtain certifications from PTR, ITF, International Coaching and Gabe Jaramillo – Altitude Academy’s Master Coach. Working alongside the best in biomechanics, tactics and junior development has made Luice one of the best in the industry as she continues to help players achieve their maximum potential, Coach Luice Perez expects the best efforts from her players, she rewards them with an intense and fully engaged coaching style that will help them progress and become the best version of themselves as tennis players.
